  • Establish fiscal sponsorship for tax-exempt donations and sponsorships to be possible:

    • Publications & Northeast Speaking Event Tour, including  a Tedx Talk in the Northeast

  • Organizational Structure

    • Move into an office space in Great Barrington

    • Hire a part-time assistant (20 hrs/wk) for administrative tasks, graphic design, marketing, scheduling

2020 Strategic Plan

  • Expand Four Core Programs

    • P2P (Peer-to-Peer) Circles in at least 5 additional Northeast Cities, possibilities include: Massachusetts (Pittsfield, North Hampton, Boston, Springfield, Greenfield), New York (Ithaca, New Paltz, Newburgh, Rhinebeck, New York City), Vermont (Burlington, Bennington, Grafton), New Hampshire (Manchester), Maine (Portland), Connecticut (Hartford, New Haven), Rhode Island (Providence, Newport)

    • Add Open Source Facilitator Training:  Through open source training resources and participation in circles, leaders themselves become circle facilitators, allowing for the capacity to scale and replicate the circle network locally, regionally, nationally, and across borders.

    • Continue Organizational Team Circle Program with at least two new organizations

    • Expand Bi-Annual Retreat - October 2019 \ May 2020 - Forty participants at each retreat

    • Continue with the Leadership for Social Change Podcast & Roundtable Series

    • Continue Northeast Speaking/Event Tour

    • Organizational Structure

      • Increase part-time assistant to full-time (40 hrs/wk) for administrative tasks, graphic design, marketing, scheduling | Add another part-time staff (20 hrs./wk)
