Since 2010, he has been catalyzing breakthroughs for changemakers, as a leadership coach, organizational consultant, men’s group facilitator, & sound healer.
In 2018, he founded Alliance for a Viable Future as the breakthrough project in his Masters in Organizational Leadership at The Graduate Institute. Lev is also certified as an Integrative Sound and Music Practitioner and Empowerment Life Coach. Lev was raised in the Jewish tradition; his ancestors come from Kiev & Odesa in the Ukraine; and he sustains his connection to the lineage of Kabbalah, Chasidut and Jewish mysticism. He also practices the indigenous ceremonial way of life; including sundance, vision quest, and sweat lodge. Lev is a proud husband and father, and lives with his family in Housatonic.
Sebastian Africano, Building Trust
Sebastian Africano has worked with marginalized communities in 15 countries, specializing in improving rural livelihoods and sustainable resource management. He is currently the International Director of Trees, Water & People (TWP) in Fort Collins, CO and manages all aspects of their reforestation, clean cookstove and solar lighting programs in Central America and Haiti.
Joe Brewer, Bioregionalism
Joe Brewer is a complexity researcher and transdisciplinary scholar who has devoted his life to helping humanity through the sustainability bottleneck. He weaves insights from the scientific study of cultural evolution, human cognition, and earth system science into frameworks for action.
Robert Mulhaul, Indigeneity
Robert has spent more than two decades developing an expertise in the non-profit and for-profit sectors. He has received numerous awards as a social entrepreneur prior to moving to India to lead innovative global health programming in partnership with UNICEF, the Gates Foundation and the Governments of India, Malawi, Kenya, Ghana and Sierra Leone. He is now an executive coach and organizational consultant working with tech startups, billion dollar multi-nationals, social and climate justice non-profits and everything in between.
Michelle Holliday, Thrivability
As a consultant, facilitator, researcher and globally recognized thought leader, Michelle’s work centers around “thrivability” – a set of perspectives and practices based on a view of organizations and communities as dynamic living systems.
For more than two decades, she has supported pioneering, purpose-driven clients across a wide range of sectors to enable the transition to more regenerative systems and structures. Specifically, she brings people of diverse perspectives together to uncover shared aspirations, tap into their collective intelligence, and allow innovative responses to emerge.
